Helly Hansen recalls sweaters, hoodies due to flammable hazard - Tri-City News

Helly Hanson is recalling more than 128,000 sweaters and hoodies due to a potential flammability hazard.

The company issued an immediate stop to a number of products which contains brushed cotton fabrics that had "undergone a specific treatment," that do not or may not comply with the Textile Flammability Regulations in Canada, according to the Government of Canada recall website. 3d Puff Printing Hoodie

Helly Hansen reported that 128,680 affected products were sold in Canada from August 2019 to 2022.

No incidents or injuries have been reported as of Jan. 9.
